Trish is coming in with a truth that nobody selling you an AI tool wants to say out loud.
AI can write your caption. It can create your edits. It can batch your content. But it cannot know your mom buyer. And the moment you let it take over everything, you can end up with a whole month of beautiful, professional, emotionally supportive content – speaking to the wrong person entirely.
This is not an anti-AI episode. Trish uses AI every single day in both of her businesses, and she’ll be the first to tell you it’s a powerful tool. But there is a line – and right now, in a market where a trust recession is actively happening, crossing that line is quietly costing women their connection, their conversions, and the thing that makes them irreplaceable in their niche. Trish walks you through exactly where AI gets dangerous, what to do before you ask it for another caption, and how to start using it in a way that amplifies you – instead of replacing you.
Because you are the magic. AI is just the tool.

AI can write your caption, it can create your edits, it can create content, but it can't know your mom buyer.
Speaker:And the moment you let it take over everything, you can end up with a whole month of beautiful content speaking to the wrong person.
Speaker:Good morning.
Speaker:I am Trish Ware, and this is the space for women whose work impacts the lives of moms and other women who are not business owners.
Speaker:We talk about trust, sales, and building a business that supports the life you want to live.
Speaker:Today, I'm showing you how to use AI to make your content easier without losing your voice or your understanding of her.
Speaker:Let me tell you where I think AI gets dangerous in your business.
Speaker:When you allow AI to do it all, you can come up with something that sounds beautiful, it can sound professional, it can sound supportive and emotional and all the things.
Speaker:And you read it and think, "Well, that sounds like good marketing.
Speaker:That must be good." But the questions I want you to ask is does it sound like you?
Speaker:You don't want it to be perfect and polished.
Speaker:Perfection disrupts connection.
Speaker:And does it sound like everyone else out there, and will it connect with the woman you're trying to reach?
Speaker:Those are two different questions.
Speaker:And if you're building a business that impacts the lives of moms, you have to be asking yourself, "Where am I in this content?"
Speaker:Because it's you that connects to her, and your understanding of her is one of the most important things.
Speaker:I tell my clients all the time, "Become a detective. Get curious." The most important thing you can do is get curious about your BFE, your best fan ever.
Speaker:So you can get help, but you have to bring all the things to the AI.
Speaker:So imagine a birth educator asking AI for a post about her birth class, and it gives you this like rote answer pulled from all the places on the internet, but it doesn't sound uniquely like your birth class.
Speaker:AI cannot understand what that mom is going through, what she's feeling, what a mom is feeling when, when her breasts are leaking or her bottom is swollen 'cause she just gave birth.
Speaker:It can give you information, but it can't give you those feelings and those stories
Speaker:You need to infuse your expertise and who you are.
Speaker:So my, my whole point to you is AI can really assist you.
Speaker:You can build the agents, you can build the editors, you can do all those things, but AI cannot get into the mind of the mom or the person you serve
Speaker:You have to be in it.
Speaker:And the more raw and messy and real it is, the more it will connect to your person, to your buyer
Speaker:What's nice about AI is it can help you, like, take all those jumbled thoughts and make them make more sense.
Speaker:But if it's not you inside of it, it's not gonna work.
Speaker:So I want you to stop falling for all these gurus and people saying AI for this and AI for that.
Speaker:Yes, AI is amazing, and we use it inside of both my businesses.
Speaker:But you have to bring the language, the words, the way in which the women that you've gotten curious with have spoken to you.
Speaker:AI can make a very good guess
Speaker:So here's the first thing I want you to do before you ask for another caption Make a collection of real phrases.
Speaker:This is from comments, this is from DMs, this is from comments on other people's posts where your BFE is talking.
Speaker:Look at the questions that people have sent you.
Speaker:Look at the replies to your emails.
Speaker:Think about the words a woman uses when she describes why she wants your help.
Speaker:You need to create a bank of information to give it to AI.
Speaker:You don't need to turn this into a three-week research project.
Speaker:I tell my clients to create a photo album in their iPhone with screenshots and conversations.
Speaker:Feed that to your AI of choice And ask it to pull from real words that your BFE is saying.
Speaker:Give it the pattern in the language that is being spoken to you.
Speaker:You don't need to let AI figure that out.
Speaker:And I always ask it to dumb it down.
Speaker:Dumb it down
Speaker:and this is just a little shorty episode because I just wanna remind you because there's so many people, the new viral trend, and this person's popping up here with an editing skill, and this person's popping up here with a viral hook skill and a caption skill.
Speaker:But what is going to work is you knowing her and infusing you and her into your content.
Speaker:And people are looking for raw and messy.
Speaker:There is a trust recession happening right now.
Speaker:Now, again, I wanna say I love AI.
Speaker:I use it every single day in both of my, businesses
Speaker:But stop giving the algorithm this polished, perfect version of you, because you're not, girl.
Speaker:You're not, and neither am I. It's okay to have misspellings.
Speaker:It's okay to have a little grammatical error.
Speaker:It's okay to have a mishap in your video.
Speaker:That proves you're human, and perfection disrupts connection.
Speaker:This is so important to me because right now we're being replaced.
Speaker:Have you heard the stories of AI being given a task, like AI agents being given a task and they're going rogue?
Speaker:They always go rogue, and they're going around the rules.
Speaker:AI has a little mind of its own.
Speaker:It's not your mind.
Speaker:Your voice lives in what you do, in the example you choose to, to use for your content, in the thing that you refuse to compromise in
Speaker:If you serve moms, your point of view matters.
Speaker:Your unique wackadoodle self matters, and you need to infuse that into your content, your marketing.
Speaker:And, you know, this is a, like a weird podcast episode, I know, because I am a huge fan of AI, but I just want us to remember that it's actually you.
Speaker:You are your IP.
Speaker:You are the thing that, that separates you from the 10 other birth workers, the 20 other sleep consultants.
Speaker:It's you, and you are what she needs
Speaker:So start riffing with your AI.
Speaker:Send a voice note, like brain dump.
Speaker:Refine the results and say, "That doesn't sound like me. I would say this. I would not say that." Let it use your words.
Speaker:Start infusing you into the results.
Speaker:You don't need to be like everyone else.
Speaker:And if you look at it, most AI captions, this is why we created Freya to do ours inside the mastermind, most captions sound the same as the other.
Speaker:They're using the same little phrases and the same AI speak
Speaker:You have to infuse you, and that is what I wanna say to you today.
Speaker:You are the magic.
Speaker:It's you that will build a successful business.
Speaker:It's not AI.
Speaker:AI is a strategy to help you.
Speaker:It's a tool.
Speaker:But it's you that's the magic, and this is why everything I teach inside the mastermind and what I will say over and over again is you have to allow her to experience you, not your ChatGPT, not your Claude, not your Muse, not your Instinct, not your Dots, not all of the AI agents.
Speaker:It's you.
Speaker:You're the thing.
Speaker:We are becoming a very valuable resource, us humans.
Speaker:Bring your skills that you do in person into the online space and watch it crack open the algorithm.
Speaker:Stop trying to be perfect and start being more of you, the weird wacky doodle self that you would be with your bestie at 2:00 AM And start showing up, educating.
Speaker:Education is not dead if you're in a B2C space.
Speaker:I want them to see you, messy, imperfect you, showing up with your golden nuggets and impacting her life
Speaker:All right, you guys, this was a short, weird little episode, but I really wanted to speak this truth that AI is not you.
Speaker:AI is a tool that helps you.
Speaker:You are the actual magic.
Speaker:Stop leaning into AI for everything and start thinking and doing and being exactly who you are in real person to your clients, to your patients, to your students, whatever it is.
Speaker:I want you guys to infuse more of you.
Speaker:Let her experience you
Speaker:This is so important.
Speaker:All right, you guys, if this landed for you, if you're like, "Yes, Trish, I feel this exact same way," leave me a review, tell me what landed for you, and tell me one weird wackadoodle thing about you and why you're different from the birth worker down the street.
Speaker:Now hit subscribe so you don't miss an episode, and remember, this is your cosmic slap in the booty.
Speaker:We will see you again next week.
Speaker:Bye for now.
